How can I read the ebook?

When you buy an ebook, you will receive three DRM-free file formats: EPUB, MOBI, and PDF in a zipped archive. Learn how to read our ebooks using these instructions (A link to these instructions is included in each ebook download email).

I purchased an ebook. When will I get it?

You’ll be able to download the ebook files immediately after completing your purchase. You’ll also receive an email with a link to download your ebook. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away.

Can I create a customer account?

When you join mitratā, your membership is handled by Memberful. If you buy something from the store, then Memberful securely manages your purchase and order fulfillment. You will need to create an account before you complete your purchase so that you can access your files from the Memberful website.

I previously purchased ebooks, but I lost the order email. How can I access my purchases?

No worries, send us an email from the email address you used with the purchase and we’ll get you a link to re-download your files.

My mouse ate my ebooks. Can I download the ebook again?

You can use the download link we emailed you up to five times. If you need a few more tries, send us an email.

I have a coupon code. Where do I put it?

Click the Add Coupon link at the bottom of the payment box and enter in your coupon code.

What is your return policy?

Because things once read can never be unread, we cannot refund your purchase.
